Energy Efficiency Grants for SMEs - Round 2

Round 2 of the Federal Government’s Energy Efficiency Grants for SMEs program has been announced.

The program offers grants of between $10,000 - $25,000 for businesses with eligible energy efficiency improvement projects.

This initiative aims to help small and medium-sized businesses with 1 to 199 employees reduce energy usage and costs, thereby contributing to Australia's target of a 43% reduction in 2005 emission levels by 2030.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted in each jurisdiction. The program supports upgrades or replacements of inefficient equipment to improve energy efficiency, manage cost volatility, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions
